Always - all calls are forwarded directly to a selected number.
Busy - when you are in the middle of a call.
Unanswered - when you decided not to answer the call.
Unreachable - when your device is powered off or has no reception.

Statusbar notification including sound & vibration.
On-screen notification.
* A wizard, helping you to setup your call-forwarding environment perfectly.
* A simple phone number selection using your own contacts.
* Pre-defined GSM codes for call-forwarding activation.

Permission Usage Clarification :
* CALL_PHONE - used for enabling or disabling call-forwarding.
* READ_CONTACTS - used for simple contact phone number selection.
* RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - allows FollowMeReminder to start at boot. this grants you the ability to be reminded of your call-forwarding status even if your phone rebooted.
* VIBRATE - adds a vibration to the statusbar notification.
* READ_PHONE_STATE - used for checking if the request for call-forwarding has been approved.
* INTERNET - used for google map interface, finding locations and displaying maps.
* ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION - used for call-forwarding activated via location.
* RECEIVE_SMS - used for activating call forwarding by remote.
* SEND_SMS - used to send the user a confirmation SMS for remote activation.
