Forms On Mobile - Contacts

If you need to collect visitors' contact details at events or exhibitions, or if you have any other need to collect peoples' contact details using an off-line phone or tablet so that you can easily export them for analysis later, then the Contacts version of Forms on Mobile is what you need. You can even include photos of people or their business cards rather than typing in their details immediately.

Quick and intuitive, the app works independently of your device's default contacts database so you can export and handle contacts lists how you wish.

The app comes with a standard Contact Details form and once you're happy it does what you need, a £2/month subscription will allow you to export records as a CSV file for import into spreadsheets, databases etc. You can also export individual records as PDF files.

Forms On Mobile Lite is actually capable of handling pretty much any form of data collection. If you like the app, but would like to collect different information then contact us and we can supply custom forms to import into the app so you can collect any data or do any surveys you like! You can run multiple forms on the same app.
