If you've got spare items at home, you can also list them through the app to earn a side income each month in a safe and secure manner. All renters are fraud-checked and must put up a security deposit.

Gaifong means 'neighbours' in Cantonese. It was first created in Hong Kong to solve the problem of decreasing living spaces in our city. Now, the app is available in multiple cities around the globe, including Singapore, Sydney, and Taipei.

A Security Deposit ensures that items are returned to you.

Gaifong uses a world-class mobile payments provider, ensuring that your payments information are secure. Your payment info never passes through nor get stored on our servers. When making a rental, a security deposit gets pre-authorised on the renter's card and will be released after the item gets returned.
