GBGO is the Gallagher Bassett mobile app that enables injured workers to better manage their workers’ compensation claims. The app provides claim status, updated benefits payment information and the ability to easily contact their Resolution Manager with claims related questions.

Registration - Users can self-register by providing the claim number and other key demographic information.

Claim List - Users can view a list of workers’ compensation indemnity claims (both old and new) that is tied to their current employer. Claim Summary - Click on a claim from the claim list to view more information about each claim.

Payment - View all benefits payments issued to the claimant for each claim.

RM - Provides a one click email or call option in case you would like to send an email or call the “Resolution Manager”.

Note: Resolution Manager is the person managing your claim at Gallagher Bassett

Navigation - Change Password - Change/Reset your password that is used to access the app.
