O GESPAR é um Sistema Web projetado e desenvolvido com o objetivo de auxiliar os parlamentares na organização e realização das atividades internas do gabinete.

Este aplicativo funciona de forma integrada ao Sistema Gespar para o qual é necessário ter uma conta.
Inicialmente o aplicativo será alimentado pelas informações do Sistema Gespar e o usuário poderá fazer envio de mensagens SMS utilizando seu plano de dados.

O Sistema Gespar dispõe de ferramentas que envolvem, principalmente, o gerenciamento das interações dos parlamentares com pessoas, grupos e organizações.

O Sistema dispõe de recursos que permitirão o cadastro e classificação de eleitores, empresas e processos.
A partir destas informações é possível fazer análise por meio de gráficos e relatórios, gerar etiquetas e enviar mensagens SMS.
