The GHOST drone is the easiest drone to fly powered by a user-friendly smartphone app that makes flying this quad copter fun.

1. UNLOCK
Notice: GHOST drone will beep if flight command is not received in 3.5 minutes. This is normal. Simply tap “Takeoff”, or unplug the battery to stop the beeping.

2. TAKEOFF
When satellite signal is greater than 6 and the smartphone is properly connected to its network, the interface will display the positions of the user and GHOST drone on the GPS map.

3.HOVERING
Tapping "Hover" in any state will terminate the previous command and keep GHOST drone hovering. When in doubt, or if you encounter any issues, tap "Hover."

4. AUTO FOLLOW
a. GPS on the smartphone is required to activate this feature
b. Available only in hovering status.
c. At a minimum of 3m (9.8 feet) horizontal distance between the smartphone holder (with the G-Box), GHOST drone begins to follow the user automatically
d. The farther apart GHOST drone is from the user, the faster GHOST drone flies (maximum speed: 11.2 m/h)
e. To stop, user should slow GHOST drone down gradually
d. To terminate auto follow, tap any available button on screen

5. RETURN
For safety, GHOST drone ascends to 49ft before it returns home to avoid major obstacles

6. LAND
GHOST drone locks automatically five seconds after landing
Micro-control functions are available for more precise landing options

Cautions:

1. Flight Environment

1.1 Signals: GHOST drone might experience greater difficulties due to poor signal in an environment with dense buildings. Please choose an open area to fly GHOST drone to reduce drifting mistakes.
1.2 Interference: Please fly GHOST drone over 1,640 feet (0.3 miles) high and away from high-tension lines, magnetic materials, and base stations to avoid takeoff failure or crash caused by strong EMI.
1.3 Flight restricted zone: Do not fly GHOST drone in restricted airspace like airports and prohibited military zones. EHANG is not responsible for actions that result from the user violating local laws.

2. Pre-flight Examination

2.1 Voice notice: download the voice package before flight. The voice notice indicates “70% battery” and “Low battery, please return” to avoid losing communication and crashing when the battery runs low. EHANG is not accountable for accidents that could have been avoided by responding to the voice notice.
2.2 Electric Initialization: before electric initialization of GHOST drone, install the camera and keep the gimbal balanced.
2.3 Assembling & disassembling propellers: put GHOST drone upside down on a cotton cloth when assembling and disassembling propellers to avoid scratching the drone body. Please note the correct direction of propellers.

3. Flight Safety
3.1 Make sure that there is a minimum of 16.4 feet of distance between you and GHOST drone. Please stay away from dangerous obstacles such as barriers, crowds, and high-tension lines. Please be a responsible flyer.
3.2 During the flight, keep GHOST drone within your sight to avoid accidents caused by oversight of the surroundings.
3.3 Children must be accompanied by experienced flyers when operating GHOST drone.
