Drie jaar geleden, op 24 april 2013, stortte de textielfabriek Rana Plaza in Bangladesh als een kaartenhuisje in elkaar. Balans: 1138 doden en meer dan 2000 gewonden. De ramp was een symptoom van een verziekte textielindustrie die haar voeten veegt aan het fundamenteel recht op waardig werk. Sindsdien zijn de kledingketens en de consumenten iets bewuster van het mensenleed dat schuil gaat achter een goedkope T-shirt. In dit nummer gaan we dieper in op de veranderingen die sinds Rana Plaza hebben plaatsgevonden.
