GPS-Alarm (Lost Signal) APPLICATION description
warns acoustically or through vibrations if the GPS signal is lost
Those who work with a GPS logger knows the problem: The phone is in your pocket and you think it records the GPS data . But the signal has long been gone. Result: a long line in the GPS track ; (
The tool emits an acoustic warning when the last GPS signal has reached a certain "age".The seconds , you can freely choose . Is also the interval at which checks can be entered (just click directly on the corresponding numbers) .
Often the reason for the lack of GPS signal can not be detected . Sometimes it is enough, to switch GPS off and on , sometimes you have to restart the mobile phone. But at least you have this application the chance to do so promptly ; )
Note : Since the phone clock can deviate from the satellite time , it may be that is the specified time difference is negative . Or for example, " +60 Seconds " although the GPS signal has been received directly . This can be seen by adjusting the max. Time difference compensate .
I've actually programmed the tool only for me, since I mentioned above from the was annoyed. But maybe it helps other People ;)
