Gravity Scroll - Tilt Phone to Scroll APPLICATION description
Tired of thumb-scrolling through documents, web pages, books and menus? Gravity Scroll lets you scroll the content of your screen by simply tilting the phone. This works in any app that features
scrollable content. Wherever you have been scrolling using your fingers, Gravity Scroll can now do the scrolling for you!
In any app of your choosing, Gravity Scroll allows you to scroll down by tilting the phone forward, and to scroll up by doing the reverse. During scrolling, you can control the scrolling speed by tilting further forward or backward. Gravity Scroll also features horizontal scrolling - turn a page in your favorite reader app by tilting the phone to the left or to the right.
USAGE: Under "When to scroll", select whether you want Gravity Scroll to be activated for any scrollable content - excluding some apps of your choice - or whether you want it to be active only in apps which you select from a list. Further down, you can select the Trigger treshold - the amount of tilt that triggers scrolling -, the Initial scrolling speed, and how slow or fast scrolling speed changes when changing the tilt angle during scrolling. Under "Tilt angle for scrolling up", you can select the ratio of the overall angle for scrolling up to that for scrolling down. The default is 2/3, as it takes slightly more effort to tilt the phone towards you. Under "Horizontal scrolling", you can select a Trigger threshold, as well as the general speed of scrolling - vertical scrolling is performed at a constant speed, ideal for doing a page-flip swipe.
PLEASE NOTE: Gravity Scroll performs scrolling by doing an automated swipe gesture on behalf of the user. In those apps (or web pages) that are slow to refresh their content while scrolling, there can be a perceptible lag in executing tilt to scroll (just as there would be with regular finger scrolling). In this case, it helps to bring the phone back to its original tilt level and, if necessary, stop any unwanted scrolling by touching the screen.

- "Perform gestures": For performing the swipe gesture for scrolling
- "Retrieve window content": For auto-detecting scrollable content
- "Monitor your actions": For deactivating tilt-to-scroll when an app is on the exclusion list or the soft keyboard is being displayed
