GSH mostly specialises with those who have an interest in either the sport of Powerlifting or Bodybuilding. GSH can help with goal setting and coach you through the process of becoming stage or platform ready. If either sport isn't your thing, we've got you covered. We love working with beginners who are wanting to learn the fundamentals from scratch while refining their form and getting stronger in the process!

GSH is a firm believer of "training and nutrition" not "exercise and diet" and as such, practices flexible dieting with their team to encourage a healthy relationship with food. Flexible dieting is a well researched nutritional approach that challenges mainstream diet concepts in the fitness industry.
