Health App APPLICATION description
A simple personalized app geared towards understanding one's body and needs.
This mobile app allows users to improve their health by understanding their body and its needs. Users have the ability to fill out a user profile that contains information such as their gender, weight, height, etc. This will then be compiled to calculate the user's BMI and TDEE. The user will get the opportunity to see the results of their BMI and TDEE as well as further understand what needs to be done to improve his/her health based on results. Finally, the user can also get the opportunity to track their water intake as well as understand why it's important to drink a particular amount of water a day to maintain hydration. *Disclaimer this is a college project*
