Heart Watcher (Polar H10) APPLICATION description
Receive notifications when your pulse exceeds a threshold
Receive notifications when your heart rate exceeds a threshold you define. You decide when the heart rate alert comes and what is in it.
Currently, only the Polar H10 chest strap is supported as a measuring device.
Fields of application:
- In case of heart muscle inflammation (myocarditis), physical rest is one of the most important measures for a complete recovery of the heart. For example, let this app warn you at 50% of your maximum heart rate*.
- You do not want to exceed a certain HR zone during training. Then this app can tell you* if you are going too fast.
Miscellaneous:
- You decide whether the app uses a light display or a dark display (dark mode).
* We do not guarantee that the pulse warning function will always work properly. Always pay attention to how you feel and listen to your body.
