The Heritage Health App connects you to the largest group of primary care providers in North Idaho. Take charge of your own health care with the Heritage Health App.

• Check in, sign documents, fill out forms, pay your copay
• Submit a photocopy of your insurance card
• Read messages from your care team safely and securely
Our App is growing and will be adding exciting new features soon.
Heritage Health offers medical, dental, substance abuse counseling, and mental health services. We treat all age groups from pediatrics to adults and geriatrics. We welcome all members of the North Idaho community -- whether they have Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance or are uninsured.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we utilize a sliding-fee scale for low-income individuals.
We have 11 locations in five communities (Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Kellogg, and St. Maries). We have more than 90 providers serving our patients.
