Introduction : L’héritage Greco-romain un droit fait par les hommes
Ces systèmes sont les premiers à introduire l’idée du citoyen. Celui-ci est obligatoirement un homme âgé de plus de 18 ans et ayant 2 parents vivant dans la cité. Le citoyens dans ces 2 systèmes bénéficie du droit civil (c’est a dire l’ensemble des libertés et des droits que possède le citoyen) Un citoyen a des droit politiques c'est-à-dire qu’il peut participer a la vie politique (au pouvoir législatif et exécutif) .
I. Le système politique grec
Les premiers foyers de peuplement se distinguent vers - 2000 av JC .Organisation de citée Etat dotée de système monarchique.
Le premier système politique est une monarchie absolue et dure jusqu’en 1500 av JC
Puis vient une monarchie militaire (impérialiste)
Entre -1000 et -700 la monarchie se tempère, le roi délègue ses prérogatives a un Conseil des Compagnons et a une assemblée du peuple.
Le pouvoir est finalement accordé à un tyran c'est-à-dire à un homme élu pour résorber une crise (qui peut être agricole ….) .2 grands tyrans célèbres : Dracon (-620 av JC) et Solon (-590) .C’est pendant la période tyrannique que la démocratie a commencée à émerger.
