Liberado ocho meses después, en 1924, Hitler consiguió obtener creciente apoyo popular\nmediante la exaltación del pangermanismo, el antisemitismo y el anticomunismo, sirviéndose de su talento oratorio apoyado por la eficiente propaganda nazi y las concentraciones de masas cargadas de\nsimbolismo.

Fue nombrado canciller imperial (Reichskanzler) en enero de 1933 y, un año después, a la muerte del presidente Paul von Hindenburg, se autoproclamó Führer, asumiendo así el mando supremo del\nEstado germano. Transformó la República de Weimar en el Tercer Reich y gobernó con un partido único basado en el totalitarismo y la autocracia de la ideología nazi.

He was also who led Germany during World War II, which began for him with the main purpose to meet its expansion plans in Europe.\n

Hitler joined the German forerunner of the Nazi Party, Labor Party in 1919 and became leader of this in 1921. In 1923, after the pronouncement Bürgerbräukeller brewery in Munich, Hitler attempted\nan insurrection, known as the Beer Hall Putsch after whose failure was sentenced to five years in prison. During his stay in prison he wrote the first part of his book Mein Kampf (German: Mein\nKampf), which explains his ideology with autobiographical elements. Released eight months later, in 1924, Hitler managed to gain popular support by increasing exaltation of pan-Germanism,\nantisemitism and anti-communism, using his oratorical talent supported by the efficient Nazi propaganda and mass rallies full of symbolism.

He was appointed imperial chancellor (Reichskanzler) in January 1933 and a year later, at the death of President Paul von Hindenburg, Hitler proclaimed, thus assuming the supreme command of the\nGerman state. He transformed the Weimar Republic into the Third Reich and ruled with a single party based on totalitarianism and autocracy of Nazi ideology.
