Important Note about Permissions:
1) This App needs CAMERA and FLASHLIGHT . It uses camera permission to run flashlight.
2) This app uses Bind Quick Setting.(android.permission.BIND_QUICK_SETTINGS_TILE)
This permission is used to add quick tile.
