Home Workout - NO ADS

Android application „Home Workout“ is intended for persons who want to exercise at home, without the use of exercise equipment. The aim was to make required interaction with mobile phone while exercising as minimal as possible so the user can focus on exercising. That possibility has been achieved with timers, pictures of exercises and audible signaling so the user could know that the exercise is over. One of the fundamental goals was the implementation of different functionalities within one application which would make it easier for the user to practice and encourage them to continue working. The application „Home Workout“ also provides the user with options: calculation of body mass index, setting exercise time, setting exercise reminder, motivation through motivational images, display a list of exercises for arms, legs, back, core and whole body and tracking which days they completed the set of exercises.

The main interface of the application is accessed by clicking on the "START EXERCISE" button located at the bottom of the home screen. Within the main part of the application there are options: "Play", "Exercise", "Settings" and "Calendar". Within the application there is a 10 days challange. Each day user sholud finish one set which contains 10 different exercises. By selecting the "Play" option, the user gets a set of exercises that can then be performed using a timer with minimal interaction with the screen. After completing the exercises via the "Play" option, the user gets a new set of exercises which he can see inside the "Exercise" tab . After completing all 10 sets, the user gets a trophy. Selecting the "Settings" option opens a screen within the user can change the exercise time and turn on the reminder. After the user has done all the exercises from the "Play" card, the day on which they were done is colored in red on the calendar, which is located within the "Calendar" option. There, the user can see all sets that he has done by clicking "HISTORY" button.
