“Hong Kong Flower Show” (the app) is produced and maintained by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, by which we bring the latest information of the Green Hong Kong Campaign - Hong Kong Flower Show to the public in a timely manner.
