Housercise APPLICATION description
The Housercise App allows for everyone worldwide to gain access to fitness classes at their fingertips. With regularly updated videos, you can now watch a class within the comfort of your own home or
with friends. No longer well you need to pay any fees for Gym memberships to attend a class or you can simply use the Housercise App to learn how to "cut some shapes".
Each Class consists of seven Blasts that last 5 minutes a piece. The whole session starts off fairly mild but the session gets tougher with each Blast as more moves are added and additional elements are incorporated into the mix. A new Virtual Class will be added every few weeks with new moves and new music.
