Read short explain about How to Be More Confident:

Now that you know why you should improve your confidence, let's think about ways of improving it. Here are three basic tips on how to be more confident!

1. Improve yourself

Confident people strive to be the best they can be. Thanks to this, they believe in themselves. You can't be shy if you know that you are improving every single day and are a better version of yourself.

Do you improve yourself? Do you constantly try to reinvent yourself and learn something new? If not, chances are that your self-esteem is low and as a result you don't feel you're a confident person. Start working on yourself. Pick just one thing that you want to improve in yourself (for example build muscle/lose fat, learn a new language, take dance classes) and focus on it. Constant progress will make you feel better and more confident, too.

2. Expand your comfort zone

The comfort zone is a state within which a person operates in an anxiety-neutral condition. And that means that when you're operating in your comfort zone, you do things that are known to you; you don't grow. Whenever you step outside your comfort zone, do something that makes you anxious, you grow. You can read dozens of tips on how to be more confident, but it won't make you expand your comfort zone - you have to take action.

Let's pick self-confidence as an example. If you are a shy person, you're probably afraid of meeting new people. Your comfort zone is meeting with people that you know; meeting with new people is outside your comfort zone. So, what should you do to improve your confidence? Expand your comfort zone and start meeting with new people as often as possible!

3. Know your value

Shy people tend to concentrate on their weaknesses. If you believe that you are inferior to other people, your self-esteem is low. And as you should already know, people with low self-esteem aren't confident. How to deal with this problem? Analyze both your weaknesses and strengths. Write them down.

Now that you know both your weaknesses and strengths, you know your value. You aren't weak, you have strengths too. This realization should tremendously help you develop self-esteem and feel more confident.

Confident people know all of these things. Now you know them too. And now it's time to put the advice to practice. Confident people take action when they want to improve themselves. And that's how to be more confident - take action and improve yourself!
