1. 動作選擇－上舉、下放、摸耳朵
2. 次數選擇－5,10,15……45,50
3. 角度－90,120,150（僅上舉有效）
4. 左右手選擇（僅摸耳朵有效）
5. 位置－肩膀、耳朵（僅摸耳朵有效）

紀錄：
將時間、動作、次數等資訊紀錄進手機中，也可用網路上傳至伺服器資料庫中。

中風因子：
