TV Móvel APPLICATION description
O “TV Móvel” é um aplicativo para dispositivos móveis com sistema operacional Android que tem por objetivo verificar o consumo de TV nos aparelhos para aferir os índices de audiência televisivos.
O aplicativo “TV Móvel” será instalado voluntariamente pelo painelista em seu dispositivo móvel que, a partir de então, aferirá automaticamente os índices de audiência televisiva daquele aparelho. Nenhuma outra utilização do dispositivo, como conversas ao telefone, agenda de endereços, SMS, acesso a e-mail ou internet é monitorada pelo medidor de audiência.
Para a audiência ser contabilizada, o painelista deve assistir sua programação de TV habitual pelo aplicativo “TV Móvel”. Ao finalizar a utilização, o aplicativo deve ser fechado. Sempre que o dispositivo conectar em uma rede de internet (WI-FI ou 3G), os dados serão transmitidos automaticamente.
O aplicativo “TV Móvel” foi desenvolvido para não interferir na utilização de seu dispositivo móvel ou causar conflito com outros programas que estejam funcionando no seu sistema.
O aplicativo poderá ser atualizado automaticamente de tempos em tempos pela Kantar IBOPE Media, sendo que, em tais ocasiões, o painelista poderá ou não ser notificado pela Kantar IBOPE Media acerca de tais modificações.
Todos os direitos relativos à propriedade do aplicativo “TV Móvel” são de utilização exclusiva da Kantar IBOPE Media e o painelista não poderá utilizar, copiar, mostrar, modificar, distribuir, descompilar, reverter ou, de qualquer outra forma, tentar depurar o código fonte do aplicativo, sob pena de responder às sanções legais cabíveis.
