ICAN’s annual Women’s Leadership Conference - held for over 20 years in Omaha, Nebraska - is known to be powerful, insightful and authentic, representative of the leadership trends and transformations present in today’s workplace.
Our 24th Annual ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference in 2017 will feature a workplace change - from the old paradigm that work/life balance is a women’s issue to the coming new world order - where paternity leave for fathers, flexible work hours for family/personal needs, and working remotely are acceptable business practices. The modern workplace will be where collaboration, inclusion and flexibility are valued and, particularly in the case of the millennial, where work/life balance is often equal to career progression when evaluating career development. This is a challenge and opportunity for all - Corporate America, women, men and millennials.
