‘I Got Skills’ is a one-stop online marketplace for services and opportunities related to skill development and livelihood, with a specific focus on the blue-collared sector. It is an ecosystem that hosts, connects, and facilitates transactions among stakeholders such as employers, career-counsellors, governments, trainers, and candidates seeking training or employment opportunities. IGS Counselling App is built for career counsellors and helps them in finding suitable training and employment opportunities for job seekers based on their skills and aspirations. Using the app, counsellors can capture candidate bio-data, career preferences, take employability and skill assessments based on NSQF (National Skill Qualification Framework), and generate training and employment opportunities based on employer requirements from over 27 sectors and 1300 job roles.
