ImpactoCarpa

1.-Objetivo:
Es muy interesante, para planificar futuras Carpas, disponer de datos estadísticos sobre los impactos obtenidos en los vecinos y de esta manera establecer los mejores lugares, días de la semana, horas, etc. en la que es de esperar mayor acercamiento a los ciudadanos, y por tanto, y con datos objetivos, determinar las mejores actuaciones futuras.
Con este objetivo se plantea realizar un proyecto piloto en la próxima carpa informativa.

2.- Datos a obtener:
Los datos que de una manera sencilla, y sin impactar en la actividad primordial de la carpa, se consideran adecuados obtener con el objetivo mencionado son:
- Nº de Personas Impactadas (se consideran impactos todas las personas que tengan algún contacto con los afiliados presentes en la carpa: darles un globo, un lazo, hablarles, cualquier tipo de contacto)
- Nº de Contactos Positivos (tendrán esta consideración cuando alguna persona haga una pregunta de cualquier tipo, con una pregunta es suficiente para considerar contacto. Y serán positivos cuando sean o bien a favor nuestro o bien sean imparciales, solicitando información, etc). En este caso tendrá que contarse en impacto también.
- Nº de Contactos Negativos (tendrán esta consideración el mismo tipo de contacto que el indicado en el punto anterior pero cuando la persona indique algo negativo respecto a cualquier tema, la propia carpa, etc.)
- Comentarios indicando puntos de mejora observados durante el transcurso de la carpa, ya sean propios de cada uno de nosotros o indicados por algún ciudadano y que se considere interesante tener en cuenta, etc. En este caso tendrá que contarse en impacto también.

3.- Forma de Trabajo:
Cada persona que participe de forma activa en la carpa deberá instalarse la App Impacto Carpa (disponible en google play), con el objeto de que cada poco tiempo, si es posible tras cada interacción con el ciudadano, se irán anotando el nº de personas de cada grupo indicado en el punto anterior, o bien establecer un número, por ejemplo, 10 o 20 impactos, y cuando se llegue a esa cifra, anotarlo en la App.
Asímismo, se recomienda que las observaciones se vayan anotando con objeto de no olvidarlas, ya que son muy interesantes de cara a afrontar futuras carpas. 1. Objective:

- Comments indicating points of improvement observed during the course of the tent, whether specific to each one of us or indicated by any citizen and deemed interesting to note, etc. In this case you will have to be counted in impact as well.

3. Working Form:
Each person who participates actively in the tent must be installed App Impact Carp (available on google play), in order that every so often, if possible after each interaction with citizens, they will be scoring the number of people each group indicated in the previous point, or set a number, for example 10 or 20 impacts, and when it reaches that number, enter on App.
It is also recommended that observations scoring leave in order not to forget them, because they are very interesting face to face tents future.
