Schutzimpfungen sind in jedem Alter enorm wichtig. Der alte Impfpass ist jedoch unhandlich, kaum verständlich und vor allem unübersichtlich. Mit der von mir entwickelten Impfkarte inklusive Impf-App haben Sie immer einen aktuellen Überblick über Ihren kompletten Impfstatus in verständlicher Form mit automatischer Impferinnerung.

Einfach über www.impfkarte.de anmelden. Dort werden ihre persönlichen Angaben zu Ihrem Impfstatus und ihre vorhandenen Impfdokumente analysiert, zusammengefasst und eine Impfempfehlung abgeleitet. Danach entscheiden Sie, welche Impfungen bei Ihrem Hausarzt durchgeführt werden sollen. Abschließend erstelle ich die Impfkarte bzw. die Impf-App mit ihrem aktuellen Impfstatus.

Sie ist auch als Notfallausweis nutzbar.

Wenn Sie nur die Impf-App bestellen, kostet das 10€. Bei zusätzlicher Bestellung der Impfkarte in Scheckkartenformat (+App) kostet die Impfkarte mit Versand 26,16 €. Private Krankenkassen übernehmen die Kosten der Impfkarte.

Aktualisierungen ihrer persönlichen Daten sind einfach und kostenlos jederzeit durch den Nutzer Passwort geschützt möglich. Aktualisierungen des Impfstatus sind selten und können aber aus Haftungsgründen nur von uns durchgeführt werden. Dann wird eine Gebühr von 5€ berechnet.

Vaccinations are very important at any age. The old vaccination certificate is however unwieldy, difficult to understand and especially confusing. With that I have developed Vaccine Cold Chain including vaccination app you always have a current overview of your complete vaccination in an intelligible form with automatic vaccination reminder.

Just log on www.impfkarte.de. There their personal information will be analyzed to your vaccination status and their existing Impfdokumente, summarized and derived a vaccination recommendation. Then you decide what vaccinations are to be carried out at your GP. Finally, I make the Vaccine Cold Chain or the vaccination app with their current immunization status.

They can also be used as an emergency card.

If you only order the vaccination app will cost € 10. For additional ordering the Vaccine Cold Chain in credit card format (+ app), the Vaccine Cold Chain costs with shipping € 26.16. Private health insurance companies cover the cost of the Vaccine Cold Chain.

Updates to their personal data are protected easily and free at any time by the user password possible. Updates of the vaccination are rare and but can be carried out for reasons of liability only by us. Then a charge of € 5 will be charged.
