In the Mix with The Gospels DJ is a show that is dedicated to serving the Lord through the radio medium to inspire and encourage others through Christian music. The show is dedicated to reaching the youth and young adults by playing diverse types of Gospel and Christian music. You'll hear an assortment of positive tunes that are an alternative to mainstream music, which includes; Urban/Contemporary & Traditional Gospel, Gospel Hip Hop, Christian Rock, Christian Rap, Gospel Neo-Soul and more! In addition, you will be kept in the mix with the latest Gospel/Christian events, concerts, and hear interviews of local and national artists.

The Gospels DJ vision is to see people come to have a deeper relationship with Christ and for those who are lost to be lead to Christ by various types of Gospel and Christian Music. He has been blessed to have a primetime slot in one of the top ranking bowls on the network. The reach of the internet has allowed the show to gain an International reach which includes U.S., Japan, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Germany, Italy and More.

The Gospels DJ a.k.a. Gabriel Newhouse, is a native of Longview, Texas and currently resides in Dallas, TX. He has been a professional disc jockey for several years. He received his B.A. in Communications (Advertising) and a minor in Music/Business from the University of Texas at Arlington.
He has DJ-ed for a Grammy Nominated Gospel Artist, was awarded DJ of the year at the Dallas Holy Hip Hip Convertcation, and has DJ-ed at several internationally known churches such as The Potter's House and Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship where he and his lovely wife, Jenia or “J” who is also his co-host are members.
