Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Apps, könnt ihr mit der Universellen Inventur App beliebig viele und komplexe Logiken programmieren und On-Demand ausführen.
Auch das erledigen von gesamten Back-ups ist mit einem Knopfdruck möglich, anschließend können sie die gesamte Datenbank mit allen Bildern auf ein anderes Gerät packen und mit einem Klick wieder
einspielen.
Noch nie war Datenimmigration so einfach. Mittels der in der App integrierten Cloud Anbindung, ist ein speichern der Datenbank und oder der Excel Exports auf ihrer persönlichen Dropbox Account zu
jeder Zeit möglich und verringert die Gefahr vor Datenverlust. Die Daten bleiben zu jeder Zeit unter ihrer Kontrolle.
Alles was sie machen wird Offline auf ihrem Gerät gespeichert.
Diese App wurde so konzipiert, das möglichst jeder Anwendungsfall berücksichtig wurde. Aufgenomme Bilder, werden sogar im Excel Export exportiert.
Dienstleister und Kunden können ihre Unterschriften in die App eintragen und somit ihren Prüfungen/Inventuren authentifizeren.
Durch den Import von .CSV und .XLS Dateinen können sie bereits vorhandene Excel Tabellen mit wenigen Klicks importieren. Sowas hat bis jetzt noch keine App gehabt.
Dank den integrierten Keywords/Schlüsselwörter können sie bereits die vorhandene Logik nutzen.
Weil die App nur aus einer View besteht ist bestmögliche Performance ermöglicht. Kein ständiges Nachladen von neuen Views.
Es wird eine Minstestauflösung von 1280x720px empfohlen und eine Diagonale von mindestens 7 Zoll.
Obwohl geringere Auflösungen unterstützt werden, kann die maximale Usability nur auf größeren Geräten ermöglicht werden.
Der One-Hand Modus ist in Version 1.7 dazu gekommen. Damit können Sie die ganze App und alle Funktionen nur mit einer Hand bedienen. Bei besonders großen Tabellen sollte die Verwendung eines Tablets in Erwähnung gezogen werden.
