Nuestro Secretario General, el Cro. José Luis Barrionuevo, nos ha fortalecido con esta nueva herramienta para continuar bregando por los objetivos fundacionales de nuestra Organización que entre otros son: la dignificación del trabajador y el bienestar de su familia. Su creación fue rubricada en la Resolución 246 / 2006, y sus acciones llegan al país a través de las 48 Delegaciones Permanentes distribuidas en todo el territorio de la República Argentina.

El Instituto es un ámbito genuino para la búsqueda de la efectiva integración de hombres, mujeres, personas con capacidades diferentes, adultos mayores y niños en igualdad de condiciones de la Gran Familia Hotelero Gastronómica. Su acción se implementa a través de acciones puntuales y programas, que acompañan el quehacer de las Secretarías que conforman la estructura de la UTHGRA.

Our Secretary General, the Cro.
