Following the Preamble to our Constitution, Jan Shakti Party of India envisions an India, free of corruption, which is Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, Democratic Republic.
Jan Shakti Party of India resolves to secure for all the citizens: Justice for all, Liberty of thought, expression, faith, Equality for individuals and communities.
The Party Shall bear true faith and allegiance to the constitution of India as by law established and to the principle of socialism, secularism and democracy and would uphold the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India.
