Classes are led by world-class instructors, as well as our favorites from JCC Rockland!
We offer classes in Barre, Bootcamp, Boxing/Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Dance, Functional Fitness, Core, Martial Arts, Maternity, Metabolic Conditioning, Senior, Stretching, Yoga, Stretching, and more. Classes accommodate all levels, and new classes are added weekly.

TRAINING
Workouts-of-the-Day, created by one of our Lead Personal Trainers. Multiple levels offered. Instruction by video-tutorials and demos.
Private Personal Training and Pilates Coaching offered at an additional fee.
FITNESS LIFESTYLE
Track your daily movements and calorie-burn to keep you on the right track. The App records all of your workouts so you can see how many MOVE points you earn. MOVEs are units of movement similar to counting steps. The harder you work, the more MOVES you earn. A healthy, active adult should aim to accumulate 1,000 moves a day. This is roughly equivalent to 10,000 steps.
Log MOVEs manually or sync with other apps such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
You can also connect to other lifestyle devices and apps, such as Fitbit, Garmin, MyFitnessPal, and more.
