Just Mike The Poet

E. Reid, more commonly known as "Just Mike" or "Just Mike the Poet" is an artist from Philadelphia, PA using his talents to take the world by storm by creating one of the largest poetry inspired movements in history.\n\nThe Author: In 3 short years, Mike has self-published 3 Books: Just Words, Just Words 2 and Dear Woman, totaling upwards of 75,000 units sold. The Poet: Since the first time Mike hit the stage in March of 2013, he has made over 70 feature appearances across the world including, London, Toronto, and Dubai. Mike has also curated 2 independently organized tours of his own (The Just Words Tour 2014 & The Love and Poetry Tour 2015) which grossed over 15,000 ticket sales.The Speaker: In an effort to provide a less theatrical platform for inspiration. Mike has embarked on a new venture as a workshop facilitator and speaker. This gives Mike the opportunity to offer a less formal platform for explanation, interaction and discussion. These workshops have been piloted at Spelman College, Delaware State University, Miami, and back at home in Philadelphia, all with phenomenal reviews. \n\nSome of Just Mike’s other projects and accolades include: Dreams On Paper Entertainment (D.O.P.E ) Publishing, which has assisted in the publishing of 14 authors in its debut year. He is preparing the release of his first piece in his Dear Woman Art Line in the fall, and new book this winter.
