PT. KAPUSIN JAYA PROPERTINDO (KAJAPRO ), Berdiri pada tanggal 01 Oktober 2015, merupakan perusahan property jual - beli - sewa yang memiliki kantor pusat di Bandung. Saat ini PT. KAPUSIN JAYA PROPERTINDO sudah mempunyai dua cabang yaitu di Jakarta dan Jawa Tengah.

Dasar atau filosofi PT. KAPUSIN JAYA PROPERTINDO adalah sebagai berikut :

PT. KAPUSIN JAYA PROPERTINDO terus berinovasi dengan mengembangkan merk KAJAPRO dan produk yang bertujuan untuk memuaskan para konsumen dan pelanggan perumahan. Saat ini PT. KAPUSIN JAYA PROPERTINDO memiliki produk-produk dengan berbagai kategori sebagai berikut :

1.Developer rumah sederhana dan mewah, yang sudah bergabung dalam REI (Jateng) Ruko dan bangunan bertingkat seperti Rumah sakit, Apartemen, Hotel dll.
2.Menjadi perusahan Broker property.
3.KAJAPRO menjadi perusahan property yang sudah tergabung dalam AREBI dengan nomor 05.065.
4.Jasa pemeliharaan Asset seperti Rumah, Ruko, Gudang dll.
5. Jasa penginapan atau Guest House ( SA’CI ), Hotel dll.
