ポーランドはヨーロッパの共和制国家で首都はワルシャワ、１０世紀に国家として認められました。
ポーランドの音楽は１３世紀にノートルダム楽派の影韠を受けたことが、理論的発展の初期となります。
ポーランドが輩出した作曲家の中でも特に有名な人物はフレデリック・ショパンではないでしょうか。
ショパンはポーランドの民族音楽やダンスを世界に広める功績も果たしました。
現在のポーランドの民族音楽は各地のコミュニティーによって、その地方の豊かな色の音楽文化が伝えられているようです。
「クラリネット・ポルカ」がいつごろのものかは諸説あります。
１９世紀の終わりにオーストリアにて、あるいは２０世紀初めという説、オーストリアの作曲家が作曲したともいわれており、はっきりしないようです。
曲名に“クラリネット”とあるように、クラリネットの独奏、あるいは重奏が最も知られているようです。
他、アコーディオンやヨーデルなど、形態はさまざまに演奏されています。
「ポルカ」という音楽はもともとはチェコの民族舞踏で、１８３０年ごろにはじまったようです。
チェコ以外では、スロヴァキア、そしてポーランドなどの山岳地帯の民族に浸透しています。
ルーマニアはヨーロッパの共和制国家で、首都はブカレストです。
ルーマニアといえば、吸血鬼ドラキュラを思い浮かべるかたも多いのではないでしょうか。
１５世紀に実在したワラキア公ヴラド・ツェペシュがモデルといわれています。
そして現在も魔女文化が継扠されており、職業としても認知されているようです。
ルーマニアでは魔法はファン゠ジーではなく、隣にある日常なのでしょう。
