Kanasín Inteligente

Kanasín Inteligente, es una aplicación del Ayuntamiento de Kanasín (México), para que sus vecinos puedan realizar reportes de situaciones en tiempo real y directamente desde la calle en el marco de un gobierno abierto (GA) de participación, colaboración y transparencia.

Nuestro municipio propone este servicio como resultado de la evolución natural del gobierno electrónico o digital hacia lo que nosotros llamamos sGov o “gobierno de servicios” donde el centro es el ciudadano, donde los municipios escuchan y responden en tiempo real en un marco de colaboración en red. Esto nos permite reducir considerablemente el tiempo y cantidad de los reportes, así como mejorar la calidad de todos nuestros servicios Municipales.

Intelligent Kanasín, is an application of the City of Kanasín (Mexico), so that their neighbors can make reports of situations in real time and directly from the street as part of open government (GA) participation, collaboration and transparency.

Our municipality offers this service as a result of the natural evolution of electronic or digital government towards what we call sGov or "government services" where the center is the city, where municipalities listen and respond in real time on a collaborative framework in net. This allows us to significantly reduce the time and quantity of reporting and improve the quality of our municipal services.
