App includes a Keto Macro Calculator! Check Nutrition Labels, Meals, Food Log
KetoCheck is a simple app for people attempting to learn how to do and plan a ketogenic diet. 4 Different tabs help you with your journey. KetoCheck offers helpful recommended percentages, ratios as well as a ketogenic calculator to help you figure out what amounts of Fat, Carbohydrate, and Protein you need to get started. KetoCheck also now features and Keto Ratio display
Tabs:
- MANUAL: Simply type in information off of a Nutrition Label off a product and see how this food rates. This is for people new to Keto dieting. It was made to encourage people to get familiar with reading nutrition labels.
- MEAL: Build and name a meal by searching the food Database. This will allow you to build your meal including portions to see how the entire meal looks from Ketogenic ratio. example Breakfast 1 = 4 oz of eggs, 4 oz or bacon
- MEALS: after you build and name your meal it is automatically saved to this page for easy logging. Check boxes allows you to calculate your days worth of meals and see your totals.
- BMR: is a Keto Calculator (aka your daily caloric and Ketogenic Macronutrients needs ) This will help you figure out how many Calories, Grams of Fat, Carbohydrate, and Protein you need for YOUR Ketogenic Diet. Based on Age, Weight, Height, Gender and Activity Level.
KetoCheck also added a ratio display. If your are shooting to maintain a 3:1 Keto Ratio or higher? Now you can see at a glance.
