Kiqplan - Race for Life 5k

Race for Life 5k Ready by “Kiqplan” is a digital coaching plan that will get you ready for your 5k run in just 12 weeks. This app is designed to help women of all ages, shapes and sizes to get race-ready. Kiqplan uses information from your activity tracker, smart phone or app about the number of steps you take or calories you eat to design a training schedule, specifically for you. You will receive weekly health tips, workout videos, progress reports, easy-to-make recipes and set new targets for you to meet each week. Packed with expert advice on running, fitness and nutrition, it’s like having a personal trainer, motivational coach and nutritionist, all at the palm of your hand.

Digital Coach:
You’ll receive daily motivation that will help you achieve your running goal. Kiqplan calculates realistic targets for you to hit each day, and sets you personalised workouts and goals. You'll also receive weekly articles about health, wellbeing, nutrition and activity, and healthy recipes and workout videos with expert coaching ensuring proper technique. With advice and encouragement to keep you motivated, Kiqplan will help you get to ready for your race day.

Pair With Fitness Tracker:
Pair Kiqplan with your own activity tracker (Fitbug, Jawbone, Fitbit, Withings etc) to track your activity and calorie burn (see Kiqplan.com/connect for full list of compatible trackers and apps). Your fitness tracker will automatically send your steps to Kiqplan where we will use your stats to calculate personal targets for the following week.

Kiqplan integrates with sHealth app on selected Samsung devices.

Log Nutrition:
Log your food intake and receive personalised calorie targets each week.

Wireless Syncing:
Your fitness tracker will send all your data wirelessly to compatible smartphones or tablets where it can be viewed on the Kiqplan app.

Sync with Other Apps
Kiqplan can also be synced with Run Keeper and My Fitness Pal.

Monitor Progress:
Kiqplan allows you to monitor your progress over time with graphs and charts.
