Knorke APPLICATION description
Knorke hilft dir, indem es die Nährwerte deiner Rezepte sofort ausrechnet. So kannst Du deine Rezeptsammlung um wertvolle Angaben zu Kalorien, Kohlenhydraten, Eiweiß und Fett ergänzen. Das ist besonders für Sportler interessant. Knorke kann dir außerdem anzeigen, ob ein Gericht eher satt oder dick macht.
Knorke bringt die Nährwerte von über 500 Zutaten mit. Und wenn mal eines fehlt, so kannst Du es einfach hinzufügen. Die Nährwerte findest Du auf der Verpackung oder über die integrierte Online-Suche. Wenn Du eine Portion deines Gerichtes wiegst, dann kann Knorke dir die Energiedichte ausrechnen. Diese wurde an der Universität München erdacht. Gerichte mit einer niedrigen Energiedichte machen satt, haben aber nur wenig Kalorien. So nimmst Du ab, ohne zu hungern.
Neue Rezepte kannst Du von Hand eingeben. Oder Du machst ein Foto von einem Rezept aus deinem Kochbuch und lässt es durch eine Texterkennungs-App (z.B. TextFee) in Text umwandeln. Diesen Text schickst Du dann an Knorke und importierst ihn in deine Rezeptsammlung.
Neben der Verwaltung deiner Rezepte bietet Knorke weitere pfiffige Funktionen. Vergisst Du ab und zu das Essen rechtzeitig vom Herd zu nehmen? Bei Knorke kannst Du für jeden Zubereitungsschritt einen Timer angeben, der dich daran erinnert. Legst Du Wert auf regionales Obst und Gemüse? Dann lass dir doch von Knorke anzeigen, welches gerade Saison hat.
Die Anzeige von Knorke ist derzeit für Handys optimiert, sieht aber auch auf 7" Tablets gut aus. Auf größeren Tablets funktioniert Knorke natürlich auch, aber die Anzeige ist noch nicht speziell dafür angepasst.

Knorke brings the nutritional values of more than 500 ingredients. And if something is missing one so you can easily add it. Nutritional values can be found on the packaging or the integrated online search. If you weigh a portion of your court, then Knorke you can calculate the energy density. This was conceived at the University of Munich. Dishes with a low energy density fill you up, but have little calories. So you take off without starving.
New recipes you can enter them manually. Or are you doing a photo of a prescription from your cookbook and can convert it to text by OCR app (eg TextFee). This text you send then to Knorke and importierst it in your recipe collection.
In addition to managing your recipes Knorke offers additional ingenious features. You forget from time to time to take the food from the stove? In Knorke you can for each preparation step specify a timer that reminds you of it. You put emphasis on regional fruits and vegetables? Then you let it show Knorke of which has just season.
The display of Knorke is currently optimized for mobile phones, but also looks at 7 "Tablets good. On larger tablets works Knorke of course, but the screen is not specially adapted.
