KRX 장외주식 거래 플랫폼 KSM(KRX Startup Market) 한국거래소 (KRX)는 스타트업기업의 상장 전 주식거래 편의를 제공하기 위해 모바일 플랫폼 (KSM)을 제공합니다. KRX에서 제공하는 KSM 모바일 앱을 통해 투자자는 언제 어디서나 KSM에 등록된 장외 주식 정보를 실시간 조회하고 거래에 참여할 수 있습니다.

주요기능
- 장외 주식의 거래안정성을 획기적으로 개선하기 위해 KSM에서는 거래 개인간 비대면으로 협상 (Talk 방식), 당사자간 계약체결 및 결제를 원스톱으로 처리하실 수 있습니다.
- 주문 제출 후 협상까지 장기간이 소요되는 장외주식 특성을 반영하여 메시지 수발신 기능을 탑재하여 투자자의 편의성을 강화하였습니다.
- KSM 등록기업에 대해 App을 통해 실시간으로 주문과 주문정보를 신속하게 수정하실 수 있으며, 등록기업에 대한 정보도 실시간으로 확인 할 수 있습니다.
- KSM을 통한 거래실적 및 주문제출 현황을 각 고객별로 확인하실 수 있도록 하였습니다.
- 최근 주문 및 협상내역을 비롯해 관심종목에 대한 정보를 전면에 배치함으로써 투자자의 거래 편의성을 향상하였습니다.

KRX-counter stock trading platform KSM (KRX Startup Market) Korea Exchange (KRX) will provide a mobile platform (KSM) to provide pre-IPO stock trading convenience of a start-up company. KSM investors through a mobile app that provides anytime, anywhere can participate in the KRX is an over-the-counter stock information in real-time query and registered with the KSM deal.

main function
- KSM in non-face-to-face negotiations with interpersonal transactions (Talk mode), to dramatically improve the reliability of trading OTC stocks, can be treated as a one-stop contracts and payments between the parties.
- Equipped with a message subalsin functions to reflect the characteristics of OTC stocks extended period of time it takes to submit your order after negotiations has enhanced the convenience of investors.
- KSM You can quickly modify the order and order information in real time via the App for listed companies, information on listed companies can be viewed in real time.
- The trading performance and order status via the KSM has been submitted so you can check each customer.
- Recent history, including orders and negotiations has improved the ease of trading investors by placing the information on the front of the favorite stocks.
