Supports multiple business scenarios -

1. Restaurant Style Layout : There is a lobby/greeter that customer come in to get seated or serviced.
2. Hospital Style Layout: There is a sitting/waiting area where customers wait to be serviced. There are multiple service desks.
3. Event Registration Style Layout: Visitors come from different entry points such as doors or lines to the event center.

Setup -

Self service configuration :

1. Download the App, tap on "Start Queue Kiosk" to register your device (Requires Internet)
2. Have the tablet locked in a Kiosk holder such as provided by Armodilo and others.

Optional Steps

3. Go to settings to give name to the device (Requires Internet)
4. If you want to group all self service kiosks into one queue, you can do that by creating a group. (requires internet)
i) Go to menu to create group. The group name should be unique
ii) Go to settings to update the group name. Have the same name in all of the kiosks.

Greeter Configuration:

There is only one device either a tablet or a phone for each access for the Greeter at the lobby.

1. Download the App, tap on "Start Queue Kiosk" to register your device (Requires Internet)

Optional Steps

2. Go to settings to give name to the device (Requires Internet)
3. Work offline option is available (No Internet Required)
