El estilo de nuestra cocina se refleja en nuestro nombre, Kutral, palabra Mapuche cuya tribu tuvo sus orígenes en Chile y más tarde se extendió a la Argentina. Kutral significa “Fuego”, símbolo y elemento sagrado desde tiempos remotos. Nuestro logo compuesto por tres facones, símbolo y compañero del gaucho desde hace siglos, tuvo su origen en aquellos viejos sables y dagas españolas que el criollo reutilizó para formar la hoja de su cuchillo y que con el tiempo orfebres españoles e italianos transformaron en pequeñas piezas de arte. Para nosotros representa el calor de hogar y la familia, fuego interior, la buena amistad y la buena mesa.
The style of our cuisine is reflected in our name, Kutral word Mapuche tribe which had its origins in Chile and later spread to Argentina. Kutral means "Fire," and sacred element symbol since ancient times. Our logo consists of three machetes, symbol and fellow gaucho centuries, it originated in those old swords and daggers Spanish Creole reused to form the blade of his knife and with the Spanish and Italian goldsmiths time transformed into small pieces of art.
