La Réserve propose une carte bon esprit. On s’y sent comme à la maison.

Cela fait vingt ans que les frangines Emmanuelle, en cuisine et Myriam, en salle, travaillent ensemble. Elles ont débuté du côté des Enfants Terribles avec leur frère puis ont ouvert Mimi en Europe rue des Bât-d’Argent, dans le quartier Hôtel de ville. Il y a dix ans, elles vendent leur sympathique affaire pour s’occuper du Cantine-Café, un imposant restaurant du midi situé en zone industrielle de Vénissieux. La Réserve est un retour aux sources pour les soeurs. Emmanuelle confectionne une cuisine d'inspiration dominicale, excellente et pas roborative : asperges vinaigrette. carpaccio, melon à l'italienne, carré de porc, rôti de loue, joues de boeuf. Leur jolie carte évolue tous les jours en fonction des arrivages. Gros plus de la maison elles servent en non-stop toute la journée et proposent des plats du soir à emporter. Elles ont également conservé l'activité caviste des anciens propriétaires (leur rosé Pas du Cerf est terrible).
