Armada merupakan band pendatang baru di belantika musik Indonesia yaitu tepatnya mereka terbentuk pada tahun 2007 tetapi di awal kemunculannya mereka belum menggunakan nama Armada melainkan Kertas
atau Band Kertas. Band ini berasal dari Palembang dan beranggotakan 5 orang yaitu Rizal pada posisi Vokal, Radha dan Mai pada Gitar, Endra pada Bass dan Andit pada Drum. Dan jenis musik yang mereka
sering bawakan beralunan Musik Pop dengan sedikit sentuhan musik melayu.
Di tahun 2007 mereka mengeluarkan album perdana dengan judul “Kekasih Yang Tak Dianggap”. Di album perdana ini mereka masih menggunakan nama Kertas sebagai nama band mereka. Tapi sayang album perdana mereka kurang disukai masyarakat apalagi penikmat musik tanah air.
Merasa kurang disukai, mereka mengubah nama band mereka menjadi Armada di tahun 2008 dan sekaligus melaunching album kedua mereka dengan judul “Balas Dendam” dengan lagu Gagal Bercinta sebagai hitsnya. Dan pada album ini mereka mulai dikenal oleh masyarakat luas.
Setelah melaunching album kedua, saking semangatnya di tahun 2009 mereka meluncurkan album ketiga dengan judul “Hal Terbesar” dengan “Buka Hatimu” dan “Mau Di Bawah Kemana” sebagai lagu andalan mereka. Di album ini nama band mereka semakin terkenal dan banyak mengisi acara-acara di stasiun TV secara langsung.
Barulah di tahun 2012 mereka meluncurkan album keempat dengan judul “Satu Hati Sejuta Cinta” yang berisikan 13 lagu dan di antara 13 lagu itu terdapat 3 lagu lama. Dan ditahun 2014 mereka meluncurkan lagi album kelima mereka dengan judul “Pagi Pulang Pagi” yang mematerikan 10 lagu. Armada is a new band in the Indonesian music scene is precisely they were formed in 2007 but at the beginning of their appearance but not use the name Fleet Band Paper or Paper. The band comes from Palembang and consists of 5 persons namely Rizal in the Vocal position, Radha and Mai on guitar, bass and Andit Endra on the Drum. And what kind of music they often bring beralunan Pop with a slight touch of Malay music.
In 2007 they released their debut album titled "Love Regarded". In this debut album they still use paper as the name of their band name. But, alas, their debut album less favored communities especially country music lovers.
Feeling less preferred, they changed their band name into Fleet in 2008 and simultaneously launch their second album titled "Revenge" with Love Failure songs as hits. And on this album they began to be known by the public.
After launching the second album, so spirits in 2009 they launched the third album with the title "biggest thing" with "Open Your Heart" and "Going Under Where" as their flagship song. On this album the more well-known name of their band and plenty of filling events on TV station directly.
It was only in 2012 they launched the fourth album titled "One Million Hearts of Love" which contains 13 songs and among the 13 songs that contained three old songs. And in the year 2014 they again launched their fifth album with the title "Morning Round Morning" that the weld 10 songs.
