Lagu Nidji|Takkan Pernah Mati

Nidji adalah grup musik/group band yang beranggotakan enam orang asal Jakarta yang terdiri dari Giring Ganesha (vokal), Andi Ariel Harsya dan Ramadhista Akbar (gitar), Randy Danistha (kibor, synthesizer), Andro Regantoro (bass), serta Adri Prakarsa (drum).

Nidji merupakan penyempurnaan nama dari kata Niji yang diambil dari bahasa Jepang yang berarti pelangi. Para personel telah menyukai dan menyetujui konsep dengan nama itu, karena kata Nidji sangat merefleksikan warna musik mereka yang beragam serta berbeda satu sama lain, namun bisa membiaskannya dalam satu warna musik.

Konsep musik Nidji adalah modern rock yang memadukan unsur-unsur lain, seperti progresif, funk, alternatif, dan pop. Grup-grup band yang secara tidak langsung memengaruhi dan menjadi inspirasi terhadap corak musik Nidji, antara lain L'Arc~en~Ciel, Coldplay, Goo Goo Dolls, U2, Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins, The Verve, Dave Matthews, The Killers, Keane, dan sebagainya. Pada tahun 2017, setelah Giring Ganesha memutuskan terjun ke dunia politik dan meninggalkan Nidji. Grup Band ini memutuskan untuk vakum. Namun lima personil nidji selain Giring Ganesha, memiliki proyek melahirkan NEV Plus, sebagai akronim dari Nidji Electronic Version Plus. Proyek ini direncanakan teralisasi pada tahun 2018.

Nidji is an improved version of the word Niji name derived from the Japanese language meaning rainbow. The personnel have liked and approved the concept by that name, because the word Nidji highly reflecting their diverse musical colors and different from one another, but can membiaskannya in one color of music.

Nidji music concept is modern rock that combines other elements, such as progressive, funk, alternative, and pop. Band groups that indirectly influence and an inspiration to the style of music Nidji, among others, L'Arc ~ en ~ Ciel, Coldplay, Goo Goo Dolls, U2, Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins, The Verve, Dave Matthews, The Killers, Keane , etc. [1]

In 2017, after Sleigh Ganesha decided to go into politics and leave Nidji. Groups The band decided to vacuum. But five personnel nidji besides Leads Ganesha, has spawned projects NEV Plus, as an acronym for Electronic Version Nidji Plus. The project is planned teralisasi in 2018.
