Latin Verbs for Kids APPLICATION description
To be used in conjunction with the other app "CE/ KS3 Latin Verb Conjugation" (available in this store), this app is aimed at helping kids improve their Latin to English verb translation and conjugation, especially in relation to the UK's Common Entrance/ KS3 Classic syllabus.
Specifically designed for kids taking the UK's Common Entrance Latin 13+ paper/ KS3 Latin, the app:
-includes all "regular" active verbs from Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the current Common Entrance/ KS3 Latin syllabus; and
- asks the child to conjugate these in the present, imperfect, perfect, future and pluperfect tenses, i.e. those that are expected by Level 2 of the syllabus.
The app keeps track of the number of times the child has attempted each conjugation/tense pairing. It also calculates an average over the last 3 attempts at each pairing in order to gauge progress and consistency in Latin.
Ideally suited for short sharp revision sessions of Latin verb conjugation and vocabulary.
