Lena-Dena : Accounting Balance

Lena Dena makes it easy for you to keep accounts of current balance ( payable / receivable) with your regular business parties, such as your Customers, Dealers, Distributors, Suppliers or Service Providers.

If you need to frequently make sales or purchases on credit basis it is cumbersome to keep accounts of balances with regular customers. Balances are sometimes settled in large number of small value transactions leading to differences and disputes. Also there can be differences between payment reported by your collection staff and by the party.

We have made accounting as simple as chatting with your customer. You simply enter the amount of Sale / Purchase / Amount Received / Amount Paid and send it to your party like a chatting message. Both you and Party can see the history of payments and current Outstanding.


--- ADDING A STAFF ---
You can also add a staff to make these entries on your behalf. All the entries made by your staff would require your approval, and after your approval become visible to your party. This way your staff will never be able to cheat you about the amount collected.
