Att hitta allmän information om depression är inte svårt. Det svåra är att hitta vad som är nyckeln till just din depression.

Denna app kan användas för att reflektera över hur din depression påverkar ditt liv och hur du kan hitta den rätta vägen ut ur den.

I appen kan du bland annat registrera hur du mår samt skriva ner dina tankar och ta med dig din telefon till ditt nästa möte med din läkare. Du kan använda den som ett stöd i er dialog.

Användarvillkor
Eli Lilly Sweden AB (Lilly) tillhandahåller appen ”Let’s talk” i enlighet med följande användarvillkor. Genom att öppna eller använda denna app bekräftar du att du har läst, förstått och godkänt dessa villkor. Innehållet i och rättigheterna till denna app tillhör Lilly. All information och allt material, inklusive varumärken och logotyper skyddas av gällande lagstiftning avseende immateriella rättigheter och får inte återges eller användas för kommersiella syften utan Lillys skriftliga samtycke. Innehållet får inte kopieras för annat än eget bruk.

Appen ”Let’s talk” skall endast användas för ditt eget personliga, icke-kommersiella bruk i enlighet med appens avsedda ändamål.

"Let’s talk" är en app för patienter som lever med depression. Informationen och de funktioner som finns i denna app tillhandahålls endast i informationssyfte och är inte avsett att ersätta medicinsk rådgivning från kvalificerad sjukvårdspersonal. Din läkare är alltid den viktigaste personen för att ställa diagnos och för din behandling, fast appen kan vara till hjälp i din vardag. Använd appen och dess funktioner på eget ansvar och efter eget behov. Du är själv ansvarig för din behandling och för att följa råd eller föreskrifter från din läkare.

Du väljer själv om du vill använda påminnelsefunktionen och vilka tider du önskar få påminnelse om att ta din medicin. Påminnelsefunktionen bör dock inte användas som den enda källan till påminnelse för patienter att ta sin medicin.

Lilly ansvarar inte för och har ingen möjlighet att övervaka sådan information som du eller någon annan lämnar i öppna kommentarfält i Apple App Store / Google Play Store eller i anslutning till appen. Om du upplever något negativt eller har frågor om din behandling ska du kontakta din läkare.

Appen är inte avsedd för, eller utformad för att locka individer under 18 års ålder.

Ansvarsbegränsning
Denna app och dess innehåll tillhandahålls ”i befintligt skick” utan någon form av garanti, varken uttrycklig eller underförstådd. Lilly kan inte hållas ansvarigt för direkta eller indirekta skador som uppstått till följd av användande av appen, oförmåga att använda appen eller felaktig användning av appen. Lilly garanterar inte att appen är felfri. Användande av appen och dess innehåll sker på eget ansvar och du är som användare ansvarig för alla följder av din användning av appen.

Inga personliga identifierbara uppgifter kommer att samlas in eller bearbetas av Lilly i samband med användande av appen. Den information som du lämnar eller de anteckningar du gör i appen kommer endast att finnas tillgängliga på din mobila enhet.

Mätningar av appen
Lilly kommer dock att samla in statistik, på icke-identifierbar basis med användning av så kallade Webtrends, i syfte att kontinuerligt förbättra appen och våra tjänster.

Uppdateringar
När nytt innehåll är tillgängligt kommer du att meddelas och du måste då godkänna uppdateringen för att kunna fortsätta använda appen. Efter nedladdningen måste du godkänna appens användarvillkor igen. Om en uppdatering av appen blir tillgänglig och du inte är ansluten till internet och därför inte kan uppdatera appen, kommer du ha tillgång till appen under 60 dagar. Därefter kommer en uppdatering att krävas.

Nedstängning av appen
Lilly förbehåller sig rätten att när som helst stänga ned eller ta bort appen från Apple App Store / Google Play Store och appen kommer då inte längre att fungera.

The app allows you to include record how you are feeling and write down your thoughts and take your phone to your next appointment with your doctor. You can use it as an aid in your dialogue.

All information and materials, including trademarks and logos are protected by current legislation on intellectual property and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without Lilly's prior written consent. Content may not be reproduced except for personal use.

The app "Let's talk" should be used only for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the app's intended purpose.

"Let's talk" is an app for patients living with depression. The information and the features available in this app is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Your doctor is always the most important person to make a diagnosis and your treatment, the app can be helpful in your everyday life. Use the app and its functions on its own responsibility and at their own needs. You are solely responsible for your treatment and to follow the advice or instructions from your doctor.

You choose if you want to use the reminder function and what times you want the reminder to take your medication. The reminder feature should not be used as the only source of reminder for patients to take their medicine.

Lilly is not responsible for and has no ability to monitor the information that you or someone else leaves the open comment fields in the Apple App Store / Google Play Store or adjacent to the app. If you are experiencing any negative or have questions about your treatment, contact your doctor.

The app is not intended or designed to attract individuals under 18 years of age.

Limitation of Liability
This app and its contents are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Lilly is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of the app, inability to use the app or incorrect use of the app. Lilly does not guarantee that the app is flawless. Usage of the app and its content is at your own responsibility and you are the user responsible for all the consequences of your use of the app.

No personal identifiable information will be collected or processed by Lilly in connection with the use of the app. The information that you provide or the notes you make the app will only be available on your mobile device.

Measurements of the app
Lilly will, however, collect statistics on non-identifiable basis using so called Webtrends, in order to continuously improve the app and our services.

Updates
When new content is available you will be notified and will have to approve the update in order to continue using the app. After the download you must accept the app's terms of use again. If an update of the app becomes available and you are not connected to the internet and therefore can not update the app, you will have access to the app for 60 days. Next, an update will be required.

Shutdown of the app
Lilly reserves the right at any time to shut down or remove the app from the Apple App Store / Google Play Store and the app will no longer work.
