Let'z Jump Fitness Club

Il centro Fitness Let'z Jump, complessivamente di 400mq, è composto dalla Reception,la Sala Fitness, lo Spogliatoio Maschile e Femminile,la Sala Corsi e l'Area Stretching, dove si eseguono esercizi di allungamento muscolare per il recupero post trauma.
La Sala Fitness comprende l'Area Cardio, dove il socio può disporre di attrezzi per allenamenti ciclici mirati a bruciare grassi e ad allenare il sistema cardio respiratorio e l'area Isotonica dedicata agli esercizi mirati alla definizione e tonificazione dei muscoli.
Let'z Jump dispone anche di uno spazio privato esterno, anch'esso utilizzato per lo svolgimento delle attività.

Let'z Jump also has a private outdoor space, which is also used for carrying out activities.
