Situated in the entertainment hub of St Helier, Mimosa is Jersey's most fashionable bar. Mimosa has a distinctive femininity about it, shown with its stylish furnishings, detailed decor and beautiful lights. The Mimosa is renowned for its extensive cocktail, wine and champagne lists, perfect for the post work drink to relax and catch up with friends! Keep an eye on the App for our Cocktails of the week!

The bar has its own dedicated licensed alfresco area, the Lantern Courtyard and a funky terrace above the old harbor wall. You can reserve any of those areas for your own private use directly from the App.

Mimosa is perfect for parties, corporate functions and a great meeting place for like minded people. Our Executive booths are available for reservations and hire with the App.
