We are exploring the influences of different kinds of interfaces in self-journaling systems. How do the different types of interfaces impact willingness and effectiveness of keeping journals in
personal informatics applications?
As part of this study, you will install an app and use it to journal (choose one from Sleepiness, Mood or Pleasure/Accomplishment) for 18 days. You can keep personal data, get to know self-behavior better, and will be compensated in $20 Amazon gift card if you complete our user study and end-of-study interview.
